Egyik nap éppen napnyugtakor jártam České Budějovicében, Svejk városában, és a főtéren csodálhattam meg, ahogy a ragyogó, világos égbolt ilyen gyönyörű kékké válik, a város fényei kigyulladnak, hangjai elhallgatnak, az emberek lelassulnak.

Kedvem támadt kipróbálni, vajon hogy szólhat, ha most itt az esti, békés hangulatban dalra fakadok.

Hát, így szól.

A nyers felvételt hallod, vágatlanul, utólagos stúdiómunkálatok nélkül - mintha ott állnál velem, abban a pillanatban hallgatnád, ahogy énekelek, és a kamerán keresztül azt látnád, amit én.

One day, I visited České Budějovice, the town of Svejk the Good Soldier, at sunset. I had a chance to admire on the main square how the bright sky was changing into this beautiful blue, the city's lights being lit, sounds becoming quiet, people slowing down.

I got into the mood to try how would it sound like, if I was to sing here, in this peaceful evening atmosphere.

Well, that's how it did.

You can hear the raw recording, without cuts and studio work - just as if you were standing there with me in that moment, listening to me singing and looking at what I can see, through the camera.

It is two Hungarian folk songs from Zobor region (around Nitra, Slovakia)
