Gerák Andrea énekli az egyik legismertebb orosz dalt, a Dél-Csehországi Český Krumlovban, a színház mögötti kis parkban.

Régóta szeretek szép helyeken énekelni, ahol nem csupán a látvány kellemes, hanem a hang is, és van valami megragadó az atmoszférája.

Český Krumlov ilyen hely...

Az albumon a nyers felvételeket hallod, vágatlanul, utólagos stúdiómunkálatok nélkül - mintha ott állnál velem, abban a pillanatban hallgatnád, ahogy énekelek, és a kamerán keresztül azt látnád, amit én.

A háttérben hallható, hogy valaki egy-egy pillanatra velem énekel a távolban: a Moldva folyó másik partján egy sétáló nő, aki csak hallja az éneket, de nem láthatja, honnan jön. A végén még egy Bravó! -t is küld.

Ez a felvétel is úgy készült, mint az Utazás dallal c. sorozat többi darabja: mindenféle technikai manipuláció nélkül azt a hangot, látványt és hangulatot kapod, mintha ott állnál közvetlenül mellettem, amikor énekelek.

Akit mégis érdekelnek a technikai részletek: Sony Xperia X telefont használtam. Énekeltem, ügyelve, hogy szépen szóljon, közben tartottam a telefont, próbáltam megtalálni és megtartani az ideális távolságot a folyton mozgó mikrofontól, ami a legjobban működik ebben a különleges akusztikájú környezetben, ugyanakkor a hely szépségét is szándékoztam megmutatni. A karom pedig elzsibbadt...

This is how I recorded this song.

In the background you can hear that somebody is singing along for a moment: a woman walking on the other side of the Vltava river. She can only hear the song but can't see where is it coming from.

This recording was also made in the same way as the other pieces of the Travel With a Song series: without any technical manipulation, you get the very sound, sight and mood of just like you were standing right beside me when I am singing.

For those still interested in the tech details: I used a Sony Xperia X phone. Singing and making the efforts to sound good, while holding my phone, trying to find and keep the sweet spot of distance from the constantly moving microphone, that would be the best in this environment with special acoustics, and in the same time, intending to show you the beauty of the place. And my arm going numb...
